This website, digitalnishant.in, is run by Nishant Verma, a freelance performance marketer trading as Digital Nishant (GSTIN 07BDPPV4763E1Z0), based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

  • What you send me. If you message me on WhatsApp, call, email, or use the audit form, I receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, website, ad budget and details about your business.
  • The audit form. The form on this website does not store your details on this website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself in WhatsApp.
  • Ad account access. If you give me access to your Google Ads, Meta or analytics accounts, I can see the data inside them. I use it only to audit and manage your campaigns.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, the hosting server keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

  • To keep this website secure and working properly

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t add you to mailing lists without asking.

Who else is involved

Some services I use process data on my behalf or under their own policies: WhatsApp and Meta (messages), Google (email, ads and analytics accounts) and my web host. Your ad account data stays inside your own Google and Meta accounts.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If I add analytics or advertising tags in future, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, I’ll update this page to say so.

How long I keep it

I keep conversations and project details for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons. You can remove my access to your ad accounts at any time.

Your choices
